Can I do an individual stock report/history?

I've recently converted from 2007 to 2020. 2007 allowed me to take one individual stock i.e. Microsoft and print a report on my buys, sells and dividends. Can I do this with 2020 and how. Thank you.

Thank you very much. That definitely does the trick and much more efficiently than 2007.
