Subscription Version

I recently migrated from Quicken 2015 Deluxe version for Windows to the subscription version. Very unhappy with the subscription version. What happens at the end of my subscription if I don't renew? will I still be able to access Quicken files but just not be able to received updates? or will I be locked out entirely?
