How do I see two different budgets side by side?
SGLTreasurer
is there are way to view my new budget totals against a prior year's budget? I'm only able to see budget versus actuals. As I prepare a new budget, I want to compare my new budget to an older one to see variances.

I suggest you consider using a
Current Budget
report: select
Report > Spending > Current Budget.
If you're simply comparing different years of the same budget, you may use one report. Otherwise, you'll need to use two reports but they may be viewed side by side.
