How can I pay an eBill through Quicken with Bill Manager

 Quicken Mac Version 5.16.1 (Build 516.33903.100)
 I have an eBiller set up in new Bill Manager. Regular, anticipated utility bills. 
 Created the BillManager record, which inserted scheduled transactions in the correct register.
 Now it's time to pay the bill, and I should be able to select QuickPay or CheckPay for that transaction. But -- nothing. Pay options are greyed out for that transaction. What gives?

:)  Solved. Found the elipsis (. . .) under the Actions column on the Bill & Income screen (that column was not displayed, for some reason). Hope the payment gets there!
