Bills & Income "Important Upgrade" window
Please see the attached screen shot.
The window shows all of my bills and says verified with a green check mark.
On bill indicates Quicken no longer supports this biller and please remove.
When I hit remove it says it is removed but it stays there.
There are no other actions on the window to perform.
I have exited the program and re-started to no avail.
This is windows premier 2020

Thanks for the advice.
I realized I had Quicken installed on another computer.
I updated on that computer and everything was fine. I then copied that file to the other computer and the problem is fixed.
I'm still not sure what was causing it.

If you haven't already, I suggest you delete the Cloud account associated with the Quicken file. Note: You need to use another Quicken file with Sync enabled to delete the Cloud account associated with original Quicken file. You may create a temporary Quicken file for this purpose: select File > New Quicken File...
To delete a Cloud account associated with a Quicken file:- Open another Quicken file.
- Select Edit > Preferences...
- Select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
- Select Cloud accounts associated with this Quicken ID(#)
- Select the Cloud account associated with the original Quicken file.
- Select Delete
- Enter yes
- Select Delete
- Select Close
- Open the original Quicken file.
