Quicken Not Responding

I can open Quicken once. If I close it and want to reopen it later I get Quicken Not Responding. I have to reload Windows 10. This is going on now for months. I have the latest Quicken Deluxe.

I'm not sure what you have tried so far, but I would first like to suggest uninstalling the program and then reinstalling it using a clean install process. Steps on how to do so can be found in this support article.
