Scheduled Transaction Frequency- Every 3 Weeks (edited-clarity)

Transaction frequency options are too limiting. The program needs a "custom" frequency option, e.g., I have a recurring transaction that recurs every 3 weeks. Tried a workaround, scheduling every 2 weeks and then "editing instance" to change date in order to produce 3 week intervals in the register. No matter what future instance is chosen, the cursor jumps to the currently upcoming instance for editing and doesn't allow date editing of any other instance.
