Creating income reminders

How can I create an income reminder for a specific day of the month, ie every second Wednesday of the month, in Quicken 2019 using Windows 10? The only option I see is a specific day of the week, for example the 8th of the month. This used to be an option in Quicken 2010.

Same option is still available. You need to start with a day of the week below 8 as there are only 7 days in a week. Anything higher and Quicken does not offer days of the week.
