How can I edit tax line assignment for multiple entries?

How can I edit tax line assignment for multiple entries? I can change the category for multiple entries at the same time, but I can't figure out how to change the tax line assignment without changing each entry individually.

Generally, tax lines should be associated with Categories so that when changing the category, the tax line will also be changed.

I don't know a way of making bulk changes to manually entered tax lines.
