Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I was taking a look at the 293A error article here to see what other troubleshooting we're able to do but you've gone through all the steps from the sound of it. The last thing listed on the article would be to contact fidelity directly. Something is happening on the server side that we're unable to diagnose due to it being through the fidelity server.
