Is there a way to search for something in "all" registers, not just the one that is open?

I am using Quicken Deluxe 2020 Version 5.16.1 (Build 516.33903.100).

Click on All Transactions at the upper left of the sidebar. That will search all visible accounts.
Alternatively, you can select one of the account grouping headings to search just that grouping (i..e. Banking)

In the menu bar, select "Edit," then "Find," then "Find All." Quicken will list your search results for all accounts.
