Paying Bills, Online Billers & Reminders (Windows)
Barclaycard Quick Pay Issues

I have set up ,y Barclaycard(s) for online billing and Quick Pay. When I try to make a payment I get the message 'This payment cannot be made because te biller is on auto-pay at the billers website'. I removed auto pay 3 weeks ago, and verified that it is off today.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
If you are still experiencing this trouble, I would recommend removing the bill and re-adding it.
Go to the
Bills & Income
tab and click the
gear icon
.
Select
Manage Online billers
. Click
Remove
on the right side of the dialog.
Confirm you want to remove the biller by clicking
Remove
again.
Then add Barclay's bill once more, and see if this takes care of the auto-pay message.
