I am using Quicken Deluxe for home, I have USAA, When I sync my accounts, I have to do it twice

to get the correct bank balance, any ideas why?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That is odd. Does the first time syncing give you an error?  Are your USAA accounts the only ones that experience this issue? The USAA accounts are likely to be selected in the OSU but we can also double check. How long has this been happening? Do the transactions download the first time as well?  

    There's quite a few questions but it's not something I've seen where the balance doesn't come in the first time when updating the accounts. Any additional details can help us understand the issue better. 

    When you get a chance let us know a few more details!

    There is no error, I sync the accounts ( USAA are the only accounts I have) 3, Checking, Savings and Credit Card! When I am done syncing, I have automatic Reconcile on and it gives me a reconciliation error, I re sync and the Balance is corrected, it only affects the checking account balance
