Quicen 2020 Deluxe, at times cannot access one of my checking acccount register

I cannot access the register of one one of my checking accounts to post transactions or review transactions previously posted. This does,not occur in my other checking account. This starting happening just a few days ago.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That is quite odd. Do you get an error when you trying to click on the register? Is it completely empty? Do you download transactions into it or use them manually? Did you also potentially update your program recently as well?

 If you wouldn't mind could you post a photo of the said register so we can see it with you as well. Once we get a bit more information we'll see what our best action is.
