@lise  It's correct that downloading to Quicken 2007 has been discontinued. The software is nearly 14 years old, and Quicken has been developing the next-generation completely re-written Quicken Mac product over the past 7 years. Support for Quicken 2007 ended several years ago, but downloading still worked. Last year, Quicken advised people still using Quicken 2007 that downloading services -- which were powered by former parent company Intuit -- would be discontinued when macOS Catalina was released in the fall. But downloading continued to work until last month when many users reported that the axe had apparently finally fallen.

The only upgrade path is the current Quicken Mac. It's a very different program, but it will import your Quicken 2007 data file and allow you to resume downloading transactions from your financial institutions. Quicken is now sold as a subscription product, so be aware you won't be able to buy it and use it at no cost for a decade again.

    Hi @lise,

You should review the guidance found here https://www.quicken.com/support/error-message-when-using-online-services-ol-209-or-ol-209b

Let us know how this goes.

Short answer is Direct Downloading from Any FI is dead in QM2007 due to Intuit turning off or deleting a folder in their server.
