Trying to sync reminders to Outlook results in email client error
Scott_R
I am running Windows 10, Outlook 365 64 bit and Quicken 2018 R26.23. When I try to One Step Update and send Quicken reminders to Outlook, I get the error:
Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the message request. Please run Outlook and set it as the default mail client.
Outlook is already set as my default client.
Has anyone seen this before?
Thank you

The problem is that you are using 64 bit Outlook - Quicken is 32 bit and whatever mechanism they are using to communicate doesn’t work with 64 bit Outlook. There's more discussion of it in this thread:

Thanks Dan. That is what I thought but needed to confirm.
