Hi @ Ray Molver,
Ca you tell us which versions and builds of both Quicken & Windows you are using.
In Quicken - go to "Help" > then "About Quicken"
In Windows - type "system info" in the Search box > the click on the "system Information" icon

See if this fixes it:
1) After you have signed-in, go to the "Edit" > "Preferences";
2) In the Pop-up window (left side) Click on "Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts";
3) Then, in the right panel - Click on "Sign in as a different user";
4) Type "yes" in the box and Click the "Sign Out" button;
5) Sign back in using your Quicken ID and password.
Let me know how this goes.

Quicken version R26.23 Build 27.1.26.23
Windows version 2004 Build 19041.208
This problem started again after I installed this latest Quicken version.

Sorry - I don't know what causes that issue, although I do know that a number of other users have reported this recently.
