Axa 403B Supported?

I am a windows quicken user for over 20 years, currently under the new subscription model (latest release). I have a Axa 403B I would like to track in quicken. I added the account as an Investing/Retirement 403B and track deposits from my paycheck into it, but cannot seem to link the account online. If I try to add Axa as a straight Brokerage account I can login, but the account is reported as "Unknown Type". If I try to activate online services from the existing account, Axa is not listed. I did try updating the FI list in Online Center, but no luck. How can I track this account?

Hi @4pickering,
It appears that Axa/Equitable do not support connections with Quicken for their retirement-type accounts, so you won't be able to use Quicken to connect directly to your account. You will therefore need to set-up the account as a manual account.
Even if the setup of the account in for manual entry, it may be possible to download a data file from your provider and import that file into Quicken. You'll have to login to the account online to see if a downloading is available. If you don't see anything on the website about this, I'd still suggest that you contact the financial institution and specifically ask whether they provide indirect/downloading of data that is Quicken compatible.
Good luck!
