How to record a Transfer From Checking to Investing Brokerage as a Buy

I have Quicken for Mac Deluxe 2020.
Every month, I Buy a collection of Mutual Funds. I have the Mutual funds setup as a Brokerage account with Transaction Downloads.
I can build a Transaction in my Checking register as a [Transfer] to my Brokerage account. This shows up as a Payment/Deposit in the Brokerage account, but it is really not. I want this [Transfer] from my Checking to show up as a "Buy".
Or, I want the Downloaded Transaction in my Brokerage account to show as a withdrawal from my Checking via [Transfer].
...can't seem to figure it out. :)

The newer versions of Quicken for Mac do not support the transfer/buy (or sell) as a single transaction.
Yes, you will have to have it as a transfer to the brokerage account (which it really is), and the subsequent buy with the $ you put into the account.5
