Backup says: "Quicken cannot open the data file..." when I try to backup my data.

I've tried backing up two different QDF files in Quicken - Deluxe R2623 Build 27.1.26.23. Tried moving the Quicken file (with Quicken) and backup. All fail with "Quicken cannot open the data file because it is in use by some other application. Please close that application and try again."

It is not correct. I checked the file with Microsoft Process Explorer and it shows only Quicken. I close Quicken and Process Explorer does not tag any other application.

Tried with and without date added to file all sorts of locations internal and external and Quicken copying the data files to another location. No luck.

Three images 1 -> Backup options, 2 -> Backup Fails, 3 -> Qicken lost track of data file.

    If your data file is stored on any cloud service like Dropbox, you will have issues with Quicken.
