This appears to be Windows Installer error, possibly related to .Net Framework installation issues.
Here's one article I found searching the net for "Windows error 2753":
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/installer-error-2753/5458cb10-c394-46e4-846e-1cf2edb88cfaMy suggestion is you talk to someone who knows more about Windows than I do.
Cleaning out your %TEMP% file folders, as another discussion suggests, might also be worth a try.

Hello @Glennp
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. We'll need a bit more in formation. Where exactly are you getting this error? When you try to open quicken or is it during installation? Has this been a recent problem or something for a while?
When you get a chance please let us know a bit more information
Thanks,
Quicken Francisco
