Matched transactions only appearing in one account (Q Mac)

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I have a recurring matching transaction that shows in one account, but not the matched account - but only for some of the instances of the transaction. How can I fix this?

Are you talking about a transfer transaction, e.g., from Checking to Savings?
If so, is that transaction correctly recorded as a transfer? (One way would be to put the Transfer-To account name into the Category, surrounded by [square brackets], e.g., [ABC Savings])
