Quicken>Window>Securities produces a list of securities and a column that indicates whether the security is currently held. How do you toggle off that indicator when the security is no longer held?

If you want to hide any column, right-click on the column headers and uncheck that column.
If you are asking how to turn off an incorrect indicator for a security that is no longer held: I believe this means that Quicken thinks you still have some very small fractional share. My guess is that rounding error resulted in a very small fractional share remaining. I'd look at the Portfolio view and see if it displays something like .001 shares held. If so, do a remove shares transaction to get rid of that small fractional share.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s5
