E*Trade downloaded transaction shows in Transactions but not Portfolio

I bought some stock yesterday and added to an already existing position. Today I hit the update and the transaction downloaded and I see it in the list of Transactions but the stock in the Portfolio view is entirely gone. This is true for the view looking at just the one account as well as the view looking at "Investing".

Any advice as to what to do?

Hang on... there IS a third placeholder.

Ok. I'm not sure what happened but everything looks good now. Thank you.

I already hit "No" for "Dis this answer the question. I'll see if I can change it but it should be marked as "Yes".

    Thank you again!

I restored from a copy saved via Time Machine. The stock was present. Then I pulled down the new updates and the stock disappeared from the "Portfolio" view again.

No Placeholder Transactions that I can see. The stock is "Fastly" and both of the entries, the Notes/Memo says "Fastly Inc - Class A Common Stock" and all the entries look filled out. BTW, the graphic on the linked page needs to be larger.
