When setting up an eBill, is there any way to find out why it rejects a legitimate login?

I see the website the eBill icon is attached to. So I know I am signing onto the right site AND am using the correct login information but yet I still get an error message saying that the login info is not correct. This only happens with a few vendors, not all.
