American Express transactions quit downloading
DPUnatalie
I've started getting this error when trying to download Amex transactions via Quicken Connect. I tried turning this off and back on to no avail. Thoughts?

- You used Quicken Connect? That is for Quicken Mac but you posted under Quicken Windows. Please clarify to make sure you get responses from the right people.

Disregard. Working now and can't figure out how to delete this post.

- I'm glad it's working for you now. Oftentimes if an account doesn't update when done with One Step Update it will update the account again individually (via Update Now) and that usually fixes the problem. If that doesn't work it will often self-resolve the next day.
FYI: There is no way to delete a post. After a while one of the Moderators will step in and close it so no more posts can made against it but it will still be visible in searches.
