Transactions not marked as cleared

Thank you for taking the time to share this issue with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
If you have not already, I suggest updating to the latest Mac release of 5.17. You can do so by navigating to Quicken>Check for Updates.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting Support directly for more in-depth troubleshooting.

I'm having similar problem with Mac version Deluxe 2020 Version 5.16.1. Transactions are downloaded but NOT marked cleared. Most are marked as cleared, but a few are not scattered across multiple accounts from multiple financial institutions.0
