my register report is only showing the total $ not the induvial $ that make up the total

    Are you asking about the report started from the register by pressing CTRL-P or clicking the Actions gear icon / Print Transactions?
    If so, is there a checkmark in this box?
    Other reports select from the reports menu will have a similar Show Split Transaction checkbox in the Customize dialog.
