Transactions not showing in reconcile

When I have transfers they don't always show up in the reconcile list. They will be in the register but NOT in the reconcile list. I go to the matching transfer and change the account, then change it back and it shows up. But what is the root cause?

    It does answer it - but other than doing what I am doing - changing the account name and changing it back seems to be the only way to make it work.
