Says password incorrect

I can not download transactions from my accounts BANK OF THE WEST and USAA say passwords incorrect, they are not this happened right after quicken update. All my passwords are correct.

    I was able to update by going to bank of the west and downloading the Quicken.QFX file to update. Still needs to be fix but I can get around it.
