how to remove [C]apital one as online biller

Each time i talk to support they help me remove this biller. Each time I open quicken it shows back up. How do I remove this so it does not reappear. I am unable to continue with my check pay set up because of this. Please help

If you haven't already, I suggest you delete the
Cloud account
associated with the Quicken file. Note: You need to use another Quicken file with
Sync
enabled to delete the
Cloud account
associated with original Quicken file. You may create a temporary Quicken file for this purpose (select
File > New Quicken File...
)
To delete a
Cloud account
associated with a Quicken file:
Open another Quicken file.
Select
Edit > Preferences...
Select
Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
Select
Cloud accounts associated with this Quicken ID(#)
Select the
Cloud account
associated with the original Quicken file.
Select
Delete
Enter
yes
Select
Delete
Select
Close
Open the original Quicken file
