How get a transaction by category report without all categories and subcategories expanded?

All my transaction reports open categories and subcategories expanded. How do I stop this?

    Unfortunately it isn't possible - it would be nice if the payout of expanded and collapsed categories were saved when you customize and save the report. It might be worth adding it as an enhancement request.
