Reappearing hidden security in reports

I have 2 accounts/portfolios that have been affected by a recent update. In each case, there is one stock that had been involved in dividend reinvesting, had a stock split and was liquidated over 5 years ago. Each stock is now showing a position of .000003 shares. How can I clean this up false position?

Go to the last Sell transaction for each of the stocks and click the Sell All box.
