    See this FAQ:  https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7307115/add-your-quicken-information-to-your-posts-plus-how-you-are-connected-to-the-internet

Did you install the Quicken Installer from your Quicken Account at https://www.quicken.com/ My Account and are you using a Router?

Your old Windows 10 Computer is dying. How?
How are you moving the Manual Backup File?

Include infrmation from the link and example of what is needed when commenting back.

    Hi @jerryhsieh ,

    >>> Your old Windows 10 Computer is dying. How?
    It can not charge

First, did you check the Wall Outlet, where the Laptop is plugged into? Depending on how old the Laptop is, the Laptop Cord could be bad. The Battery Pack may need to be replaced.
Far cheaper than a New Laptop.

Is your Quicken User ID, migrated from a previous Intuit.com User ID?

What is your Edition of Quicken, that you did not include? From the link I posted.

What is the full path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file? Do you have Controlled Folder Access enabled in Windows Defender? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?
