Hi
@jerryhsieh ,
>>> Your old Windows 10 Computer is dying. How?
It can not charge
First, did you check the Wall Outlet, where the Laptop is plugged into? Depending on how old the Laptop is, the Laptop Cord could be bad. The Battery Pack may need to be replaced.
Far cheaper than a New Laptop.
Is your Quicken User ID, migrated from a previous Intuit.com User ID?
What is your Edition of Quicken, that you did not include? From the link I posted.

For those who has similar issue, please check Windows version.
Mine is Traditional Chinese Version, when I change it to English version, this issue gone.
