No sound when recording a transaction
I have made sure that the block in intial setup has been turned on and have gone to control panel and checked that the sounds are OK. and still no sound when a transaction is added or deleated

From the menu bar click on Edit, Setup and make sure the "Turn on Quicken sounds" is checked.

Now check the system sound settings in the Control Panel:- Start menu -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sounds.
- Under Sounds click on Change System Sounds.
- Scroll down to the entries for Quicken.
