Palmetto Federal Credit Union not syncing

When I update/sync Quicken as I do every morning it has stopped pulling the information from PFCU. I attempted to correct the issue but only ended up with double accounts showing with different $ amounts. I have the duplicates deleted but cannot figure out how to get it to connect and pull the info again.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
