Download connection with Charles Schwab Accounts

Until recently, I have successfully used download connections with my accounts at Charles Schwab. Now they fail every time. I have checked my username/password are current and settings in accounts are set to allow third-party access. What can I do?

    You may be having the same problem that other users had over the weekend - see this post:

    You'll see that some folks have had success by deactivating and reactivating their connections, however it seems as though the problem is occurring on Schwab's end, so you should probably start with calling their technical support department.
