How to remove an Online Bill (aka Quick Pay) from reminders?

I created an Online Bill, used it for a couple of months, and now don't need it any more. Where's the delete button?
In other words, the same question that was asked a few months ago in https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7871162/how-do-i-delete-a-quick-pay-entry-from-my-file, but was never answered beyond pointing to FAQs that don't help.

Bills & Income tab, Bills. Use Gear, Manage Online Billers, Remove
Some have reported it doesn't always work but I've used it a few times, sucessfully.
