The one-step update dialog box doesn't open when I select it on the toolbar or from the menu

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

Is at least one account activated for transaction downloading?Or do you have at least one investment account with listed securities where you request price history download?More details, please.
Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows? US or Canadian version?
What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.

All of the accounts are activated for transaction downloading. I can update each of them individually.
The file where the one-step update process works has an investment account. The one where it doesn't work doesn't.
Quicken for Windows, U.S. version, I guess. Latest version, latest release, just updated today. Year: 2020, Version: R27.42, Build: 27.1.27.42.
