When I download QIF, or Web connect from my bank, it won't auto populate category

When I download QIF, or Web connect from my bank, it won't auto populate category. Is there any steps by step to take? Or I need to contact support?

With QIF files, if it isn't in the download, Quicken is not going to suggest and fill in anything.For Web Connect, see screenshot:
