Why won't Quicken start up

After the update 2 days ago Quicken stop opening for me. The message is "Unable to initialize Quicken run-time components. Restart Windows and try running Quicken again. If the problem persist, please visit Quicken.com/support"
I've restarted several times and the same error message appears. I've looked for answers on Quicken support. Either I don't know what I'm looking for or there is nothing to give me a answer.
