Quicken does seem to have the ability to create and export a report that shows the transactions without rounding to 2 or 3 places. What has to be done to see the complete value without rounding?

I suggest you set the desired precision: select
Edit > Preferences...
and export the report: press
Ctrl + P

Export to:

Tab-delimited (Excel compatible) disk file

More details, please.
Which "values" specifically are you looking at?
When looking at exported data in another program, are you sure this other program explicitly formats the values with enough decimal places (instead of defaulting to 2)?

Thanks, that fixes my issue...don't know why I missed that. (It also doesn't appear in any Quicken help topics). :)
