Adding to the frustrated Mac subscription users. No Morgan Stanley downloads since Aug. 3. I called Quicken last week and they said they were not aware of any issues.

I can confirm that Quicken for Windows downloads from MSSB are working again.

Quicken for Mac downloaded transactions from MS Wealth Management during my morning Update All Online Accounts @08:16.

MS downloads had failed all previous mornings Aug 5th - 10th.

I updated my version to 5.17.4 on Monday. I had to check for updates as I did not get the pop up. It did not work on Monday but has worked the last 2 days (11th and 12th)

It worked for me. I got 2 transactions downloaded today. I'm in California, where are you? Maybe we're accessing different servers.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

Finally solved ... If Quicken says that your account number is wrong, try this:

My account numbers have this format: nnn-nnnnnn-002

I removed the dash as well as the trailing 002 and input nnnnnnnnn as the account number into Quicken.

    Voila!
