Search result come with useless title

After update to latest version R28.10, the search result came with sub windows with meaningless title "%s%s%s".
Is this bug?

What type of account are you searching in? What are you searching for that brings up the "%s%s%s" as the result?

If you could provide the "search" pathway you take that leads to this message, or maybe some screenshots, it will give us better understanding of what's happening. If you're using Windows 10, you can always use your Snipping Tool application to capture some screenshots then reply with them here in this thread.
