Why are the Geraldine Weiss "facts" not updated?

Why are the Geraldine Weiss "facts" not updated? Some stocks that PASS her 'pays dividend' requirement have not paid a dividend for many consecutive quarters.

I have to assume that since her information on at least one parameter is incorrect, that it is quite possible that many other points of her information are also not correct.

Only with current and correct information can this feature be relied upon, and I look to Quicken to absolutely ensure that the information it provides is current and correct.

    Guessing you are referring to the commentary
    over on the "investing.quicken.com" website ... 
    I'd think I would also use Yahoo, Fidelity, or any of the other zillion financial websites to research any potential investments...
