Blank Budget - how to delete

I seem to have a blank budget when I converted my file about 2 months ago from 2013. It cannot be selected in the list. When select it just jumps to the next one which is 2020. When I do a cloud synch it also complains that 'blank budget cannot be copied' can't remember exactly... Cannot use 'Delete this budget' action because it cannot be selected.

Does anyone else have this and how to get rid of it?

Running Quick Windows 10, R 25.24 [Canada]

    @UKR, what would be the next step if your "Troubleshooting 101" steps don't work?  I'm having the exact same issue as @YingDave and it persists after validation.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
