Download cloud data

Hi everyone,
So, my MacBook Pro crashed and I could not get my backup files from the hard drive. any thoughts on how to download the cloud data (which is still accurate) to my laptop? So upset! > 10 years of data gone.

Hi, RajivAnna:

Unfortunately, you will not be able to restore from a cloud backup. That (Cloud) data is a small subset of your main file, and you will need the desktop file to sync back to.

You will have to start form scratch if you can't recover your older desktop file.
