error message re must renew progam to proceed.. not due till November

Can't download from banks till renew. Not due till November. click on button to renew and it goes to blank page.

To resolve this, you will need to sign out and back into your data file. Please, follow the steps below.- Go to Edit
- Preferences
- Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
- Sign in as a different user
- Follow the prompts until you have successfully signed back in
