Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your inquiry, although I apologize that you are still unable to add Capital One as an online biller.
Unfortunately, this issue is still ongoing. There is an Alert for it that can be found
here
.
I suggest bookmarking the Alert so that you can be automatically notified of any updates/changes as they're posted.
