Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Are the transfers correct then but haven't appeared within your desktop app? If that's not the case we may need to reset the cloud.
To do this we can go to the article here.

Here you'll actually see quite a few troubleshooting steps that should help us with trying to get everything back in orderOnce you get a chance to take a look at the article and try some troubleshooting let us know how it goes!
